CAR ACCIDENTS
Pinellas County, FL – 50-year-old male client was stopped at a traffic light on U.S. Highway 19 when he was rear ended by the defendant, who said his foot slipped off the brake. The police officer estimated the defendant was traveling at about 45 mph at the time of the accident, totaling the clients vehicle.
