MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
Manatee County, FL – Our client, a 53-year-old male, was riding his motorcycle and went to switch lanes to pass the car in front of him when his bike went down due to uneven pavement in the road, which was laid down without any slope to make transitioning lanes safe. The accident resulted in neck injuries, a broken left arm and left wrist, torn ligaments in his ankle, and several other ailments.
