MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
Pasco County, FL – 55-year-old male client had the defendant make a sharp left turn across his pathway, causing 8-10 containers of ice cream to fall out of the vehicle. The client laid his motorcycle down in an attempt to avoid hitting all the containers, which resulted in several fractured bones in his leg, 8 broken ribs, a punctured lung, and other various injuries.
