Banks, Esquire has two decades of legal experience fighting for injured accident victims and for families who have lost a loved one due to wrongful death. Abe graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. Northern and Middle District Federal Courts. Prior to joining The Fran Haasch Law Group, he was a named partner at one of the oldest established law firms in Ocala, Florida where he assisted thousands of clients and achieved multi-million dollar results.   Before becoming an attorney, Abe served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and was awarded a Coast Guard Commendation Medal for his outstanding service to the United States of America. After graduating with High Honors from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Government, Abe went on to earn the rank of Lieutenant (O-3) prior to receiving an Honorable Discharge in 2003. Abe’s Coast Guard service included qualification as a sea-going Deck Watch Officer, maintaining and constructing maritime aids to navigation, completing search and rescue missions, conducting ice-breaking operations, and serving as a Leadership Instructor at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. As a U.S. Veteran, Abe deeply appreciates The Fran Haasch Law Group’s tremendous respect for military service and is very proud to work on a team of legal professionals dedicated to achieving “maximum justice” for injured accident victims.   Raised on a twenty-acre farm in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, Abe brings a hard scrabble work ethic, seasoned discipline, and a passionate commitment to legal excellence serving innocent injured accident victims throughout the Greater Tampa Bay region (Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Tampa, St. Petersburg, New Port Richey, and beyond).
